First full month's rent and security deposit of $2,000 is due at lease signing. just bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets, toothbrush, toiletries, beach towels and other personal items! Rent includes water, use of onsite community pool, trash pickup (from the dumpster), pest control, WIFI, electricity up to $125 month.
